LINDA CUTLIP
Linda Starnes Cutlip, 61, of 547 Pineview Cemetery Road, died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church. The Rev. Jack Sauls will be officiating. Burial will be in Pineview Cemetery.
Mrs. Cutlip was born at Coddle Creek, N.C., to Carl Starnes and the late Annie Arlene Craig Starnes.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Gilbert H. Cutlip Sr. of Mount Olive; two sons, Gilbert H. Cutlip Jr. of Pikeville and Ricky A. Cutlip of Goldsboro; one daughter, Dorothy Ann Cutlip of Greenville; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, and other times at the residence of Ricky Cutlip, 357 Old 111, Goldsboro.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2315-A Sunset Ave., Rocky Mount, N.C., 27804.
