ERNEST STEWART
PRINCETON -- Ernest Roland Stewart, 85, of Martin Livestock Road, died Monday at Britthaven of Goldsboro.
The funeral will be held Wednesday morning at 11 at Hills of the Neuse Memory Gardens.
Mr. Stewart was a native of Johnston County and was the son of the late Charles Franklin and Nellie Lee Stewart.
He is survived by his wife, Hattie S. Stewart; three daughters, Wilma S. Barbour of Wilson, Linda S. Strader of Atlantic Beach and Bobbie S. Rowe of Weaverville; two sons, Danny R. Stewart and Jimmy S. Stewart of Princeton; a sister, Merle McLamb of Smithfield; a brother, Rupert Stewart of Benson; and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 6 until 8 p.m. at Minshew Funeral Home.
