RAY DOUGLAS MOORE
MOUNT OLIVE -- Ray Douglas Moore, 60, died Thursday at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation.
A native of Wayne County, he was the son of the late Roy Moore and Bonnie Brown Moore. Mr. Moore was retired from the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Washington National Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
He is survived by his daughters, Cathy Darlene Moore Underwood of Goldsboro and Kenya Inez Sanders of Humble, Texas; his brother, Mike Moore of Goldsboro; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Glenn Moore.
