LEOLA WEEKS
NEWTON GROVE -- Leola Allen Weeks, 81, of 8626 Harper House Road, died Monday at her residence.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson. The Rev. Frank Sandy will officiate. Entombment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Weeks was born March 24, 1923, in Johnston County to the late Lester D. Allen and Mamie Adams Allen Coleville. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Wilson Weeks, a sister, Lunette Allen, and a brother, R.C. Coleville Jr. Mrs. Weeks was a homemaker, a hairdresser, a member of Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church, and a member American Legion Banner Post 109 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by a son, W. Allan Weeks, and wife, Michelle, of Newton Grove; a sister, Sue Barber of Benson; granddaughters, Michelle Weeks and Jo Ellen Weeks of Princeton, and Michaela Cain of Newton Grove; a grandson, Kyle Cain of Newton Grove; and a special friend, Erwin Coleville; and 18 cousins.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home in Benson.
