CHUCK CROW

MOREHEAD CITY -- Clarence "Chuck" Crow, 75, died Wednesday at Carteret General Hospital.

He was the son of the late Robert and Lola Crow. He served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, serving in Germany and during the Vietnam War and Korean Conflict. He was then employed with civil service until retirement. He was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Military Order of the Cooties.

A graveside service will be held at noon on Monday, Nov. 8, at Coastal Carolina Vet-erans Cemetery in Jacksonville.

Mr. Crow is survived by his companion, Ann Terrell; a daughter, Deborah Crow of Mount Olive; a son, Gwynn Crow of Raleigh; three sisters, Willie Ruth Blackford of Morehead City, Alice "Bootsie" Morris of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Mary Ann Lesmerises of Orlando, Fla.; and two grandsons and seven nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 until 8 p.m. at Munden Funeral Home.
