JETH WORLEY

Mr. Worth Jethro "Jeth" Worley II, 41, of 177 Care Road, went home to be with his Lord on Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

A native of Wayne County, Jeth was the son of Dr. Worth Jethro Worley and Hazel Lee Pilkington Worley, missionaries to Russia. He owned and operated Jeth Worley's Creative Studio in Goldsboro and was a member of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina.

Jeth was a member of Unity Baptist Church.

A celebration of Jeth's life will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church in Mount Olive with Dr. Ray Warren, Dr. Worth Worley and Rev. V.L. Huckaby officiating. Interment will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church Cemetery in Princeton.

In addition to his parents, Jeth is survived by his wife, Carol Bell Worley; daughter, Alyssa Taylor of the home; his sisters, Ginger Crocker and husband, Ray, missionaries to Singapore, Joy Speights and husband, David, missionaries to Thailand, and Julie Huckaby and husband, V.L., missionaries to Russia; his mother-in-law, Winifred Bell of Mount Olive; and seven nieces and six nephews.

The family will receive friends at Unity Baptist Church following the service on Thursday, and other times at the home.
