Funeral services for Mrs. Lila Louberta Hamilton will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. The Rev. Connie Best will officiate. Interment will follow in Barnes Cemetery, Rosewood.

Mrs. Ham-ilton died Wednesday.

Mrs. Lila Louberta Hamilton was born in Wayne County on Sept. 23, 1917, to the late Jonah and Winnie Smith. She was a member of Barnes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, where she served on the usher board for over 50 years.

She is survived by three daughters, Elouise Hamilton, Louise Hamilton of Goldsboro and Carol Jean White of Dudley; three sons, Donald Harold Hamilton of Raleigh, Kenneth Ray Hamilton of Goldsboro and Ralph Lee Hamilton of Bowie, Md.; 19 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Noah Hamilton; two sons, Clifton and Leamon Hamilton; two sisters, Estelle Grantham and Essie Crawford; and one brother, David Smith.

A viewing will be held today from 2 until 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home.
