MARIE WELLS
Marie Turnage Wells, 74, of 251 Saulston Road, died Thursday at the Brian Center.
A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Lester Turnage and Anna Pelt Turnage. She had attended the Tabernacle Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Her survivors include one son, Garland Wells of Goldsboro; one daughter, Ola Wright of Goldsboro; her brother, Charles Turnage of Grantham; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
