MARY P. POTTER

Mrs. Mary Louise Poulton Potter, 68, of 100 Springwood Drive, died Thursday at her home.

A native of Chicago, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Marion Poulton and Lucille Lyons Poulton and was the widow of Max Edward Potter. Mrs. Potter served her country in the United States Navy and was a volunteer with Home, Health and Hospice in Goldsboro.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Don Sauls officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Potter is survived by her daughters, Mary Conley of Portsmouth, Va., and Alyce O'Connor of Richmond, Va.; her sons, Roy Potter of Oregon and Kirby Potter of Greenville; her grandchildren, Roy Potter Jr., Christopher Conley, Melissa Conley, Timothy O'Connor, Ryan O'Connor and Erin O'Connor; a half-sister, Ruth Stevermer of Tennessee; and special cousins, Leah Sailor of Wisconsin and Alice Hauan of North Dakota.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the Home, Health and Hospice, 2402 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, 27534.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6 until 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home and other times at her home.
