LILLIAN SINGLETON
FAISON -- Lillian J. Singleton, 59, of 1905 Goshen Church Road, died Sunday at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Piney Green Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, with Elder Steven Craig Moore officiating. Interment will be in Cobb Cemetery in Faison.
Mrs. Singleton was the daughter of Katie Baggett of Faison and the late Johnnie Baggett.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Singleton is survived by her husband, James Singleton of the home; a daughter, Chevele Singleton of Faison; two sons, James W. Singleton III and Marcus Singleton of the home; one brother, David Earl Baggett of Raleigh; two sisters, Willa Jean Baggett of Faison and Jonnie Mae Davis of Faison.
The viewing hours will be from 6 until 8 this evening at Garris Funeral Home and the family will be there during the last hour. At other times the family will receive friends at the residence.
