LIZZIE H. DAVIS
Lizzie Hinnant Davis, 92, of Aberdeen died Thursday at her home.
Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Aberdeen with the Rev. Horace Warwick and the Rev. Eugene Ussery officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethesda Cemetery.
Born October 25, 1911 in Wilson County, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Emmitt Lee Davis, William R. Davis and Jesse Davis Jr. all of Aberdeen; her brothers, Paul Sutton and Eugene Sutton both of Richmond, Va.; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
The family received friends at the Boles Funeral Home and Crematory in Southern Pines Saturday from 7 until 9 p.m.
