MARTHA LANE
Martha Lane, 86, of Britthaven Nursing Home, formerly of Rt. 2, Fremont, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Morning Star Holy Church, Fremont. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery.
Surviving are three sons, John T. Lane of Bronx, N.Y., and Milton Lane Jr. and Mark Lane of Fremont; six daughters, Lorrine Wells, Rochelle Todd, Lola Grandberry, Corine Braswell, Carol Edwards and Dixie Reid of Fremont; a brother, William Sauls of Goldsboro; one sister, Nancy Revis of Fremont; and 40 grandchildren, 63 great-grandchildren and 18 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 until 8 p.m. at Rhodes Funeral Home in Fremont, and other times at the home of Dixie Reid, 437 Hooks Road, Fremont.
