LEE ILA MORGAN
PRINCETON -- Lee Ila Morgan, 88, of 2971 Progressive Church Road, died Wednesday.
The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Casey Funeral Home. Burial will be on Saturday morning at 11 at Elevation Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Morgan was the daughter of the late George and Genethia Register and the widow of Eugene Earl Morgan. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Pilkington.
She is survived by four sons, Stacy Morgan and Leroy Morgan of Clayton, Bobby Morgan of Princeton and Charles Morgan of Pine Level; two daughters, JoAnn Daughtry of Selma and Linda Matthews of Cape Carteret; four sisters, Ruth R. Phillips of Four Oaks, Myrtle R. Lee and Irene R. West of Benson and Ermaline R. Brown of Virginia Beach; and 19 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Progressive Church Building Fund.
The family will receive friends at Casey Funeral Home one hour prior to and immediately following the service tonight.
