MADELINE STALLINGS

HOOKERTON -- Madeline Radford Stallings, 71, died Friday at her residence following a battle with cancer.

The funeral will be held tonight at 7 in the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service. The Rev. Doug White will officiate. The committal service will be held Tuesday morning at 11 at Rainbow Cemetery.

Mrs. Stallings was a native of Greene County and a member of Gateway Church near Hugo.

She is survived by three sons, Greg Stallings of Hookerton, Mel Stallings of San Antonio, Texas, and Keith Stallings of Cary; a sister, Earther McMullen of Richmond, Va.; a stepbrother, Roger Tyndall of Goldsboro; and three grandsons and two great-grandsons.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service tonight, and other times at the home of Greg Stallings, 434 Brick Kitchen Road, Hookerton.
