EUNICE BROCK
WARSAW -- The funeral for Eunice Kornegay Brock, 91, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Unity United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mrs. Brock was born in Duplin County to the late Victor E. and Lucy Pate Kornegay. She lived in Warsaw for 50 years until she moved to Lexington in March because of declining health. She was a member of Unity United Methodist church and the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Lee Brock; three sisters, Luvenia Kornegay Hargrove, Fronnie Kornegay Walker and Nannie Kornegay Taylor; and one brother, Herbet Lee Kornegay.
Her surviving six nieces and two nephews and their families will receive friends on Saturday night from 7 until 9 at Community Funeral Home in Warsaw.
