ROY LEE DIXON
SNOW HILL -- The funeral for Roy Lee Dixon, 82, will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at S. Connor Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Browntown Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Dixon died Sunday at Britthaven of Snow Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Mattie Ford Dixon of the home; daughters, Denise Dixon, Jeanie Marvis and Gladys Coley of Goldsboro, Helen Carraway of Dudley, Tanyia Davis of Kinston, Emma Johnson of Atlanta, Ga., and Marie Dixon of Jamaica, N.Y.; sons, Evangelist Roy Dixon Jr. of Dudley, James Dixon of Hackensack, N.J., and Bobby Dixon and William Dixon of Goldsboro; sisters, Ethelena Graint, Doris Dickens, Helen Dixon and Ruby Frazier of Snow Hill; and a brother, Levi Dixon of Montana.
The wake will be tonight from 7 until 8 at S. Connor Memorial Funeral Home.
