LILLIE IDA HAMILTON
GRIFTON -- Lillie Ida Hamilton, 68, of 4048 Morris Drive, died Tuesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Jones County to Lillie Banks Avery of Dover, N.C., and the late James Franklin Wilkins. She was a member of the Goldsboro Moose Lodge.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Maddox officiating. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Kenneth N. Lancaster of Princeton and Donald L. Lancaster of Kinston; three brothers, James F. Wilkins, Jr. and William F. Wilkins of Kinston, Jimmy D. Mervin of Pink Hill; one sister, Bessie M. Wilkins of Virginia; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and at other times will be at the home of Donald Lancaster, 415 Noland St., Kinston.
