KITTY FABRIZIO

Kitty Keller Fabrizio, 74, passed away Thursday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

An angel came down at 12:00 a.m. to take her home to be with her loving God, family and friends. She was born April 1, 1930 to the late Lula Mae Cooper Keller and Roy Hamilton Keller Sr.

Kitty was well known for her beauty and spirit. She loved the outdoors and sports, but especially swimming and her garden. She met her husband while life guarding at the Gold Park Lake. During her lifetime, she was always helping people in many ways. She helped raise money to buy a bus for Oak Manor and Britthaven Nursing Home for transporting residents.

Talking came very natural to Mrs. Fabrizio, she became well known to a lot of people by her CB radio name "Lady Godiva".

A celebration of her life will be held Friday at 7 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Thick and the Rev. John Strickland officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at Seymour Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Mike Jones, 797 Gurley Dairy Road, Pikeville.

The love she had for her garden kept her busy in life along with 3 girls and her 4 grandchildren which were the love of her life.

Mrs. Fabrizio is survived by her daughters, Jeanie F. Smith and husband, Don, of Four Oaks, Lisa F. Jones and husband, Mike ,of Pikeville and Tracy F. Coor and husband, Thomas, of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Michael Sweet and wife, Jonna, Heather Woodard, Brittany Jones and Jenna Coor and Don Smith Jr. and Tracie Smith; her brothers, Roy Keller and wife, Margaret of LaGrange and Bob Keller of Goldsboro; her special nephew, Peter Fabrizio; her special niece, Mary Fabrizio; and a special sister-in-law, Janet Fabrizio of Princeton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Raymond Fabrizio, her mother, Lula Mae Cooper Keller, and her father, Roy Hamilton Keller Sr.

Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
