Eva Walker Pickett Boney, of 204 S Carolina Ave., died Friday.
The funeral will be held at Tuesday at noon at Willard Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Willard. Elder William A. Mitchell Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery.
A native of Pender County, Mrs. Boney was the daughter of the late Preston and Mary Love Walker and was the widow of Jack Pickett and Patrick U. Boney. At a young age, she joined Willard Chapel Baptist Church, and after moving to Goldsboro, she joined Greater St. John Free Will Baptist Church near Dudley.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Pickett Brice of Goldsboro; one brother, John Walker of Seattle, Wash.; and two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Matthews Funeral Service of Wallace is serving the family.
