ALBERTA ROUSE
Alberta Rouse, of 208 Whitley St., died Wednesday night at Britthaven Nursing Home.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Guiding Star Holiness Church. The Rev. Joseph Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
Mrs. Rouse is survived by her husband, James Rouse of the home; one son, Tommy Hamilton of Goldsboro; two stepsons, Oliver Rouse of Goldsboro and James Forte of Maryland; two stepdaughters, Lydia Hall of Goldsboro and Carolyn Lewis of Maryland; two brothers, James Hamilton of Goldsboro and Simon Hamilton of Wilson; four sisters, Annie Carte of Goldsboro, Emma Reid of Dudley and Shirley Boyd and Aretha Davis of Baltimore, Md.; and three grandchildren.
The wake will be held tonight from 7 until 8 at Rhodes Funeral Home in Goldsboro.
