RUBY CURRIE

LUCAMA -- Ruby Watson Currie, 78, of 8065 Upper Black Creek Road, died Sunday at home.

The funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Little Rock Free Will Baptist Church. Dr. D. Wayne Eakes will officiate. Burial will be in Kenly Cemetery.

Mrs. Currie was born in Wilson County and was the daughter of the late Jesse and Victoria Lamm Currie. She was a member of Little Rock Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Everette Currie; three sons, Dennis Currie of Lucama and Jesse Currie and Reuben Currie of Wilson; three sisters, Lissie Turner of Lucama, Thelma Turner and Arlene Lamm of Wilson; two brothers, Elton Watson of Goldsboro and Clifton Watson of Wilson; and six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends tonight form 7 until 9 at Coley Funeral Home.
