DONNELL FLOWERS
The funeral for Donnell "Butch" Flowers will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Greater Guiding Star Church. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Faulk Flowers of the home; a stepson, Robert Faulk of Orlando, Fla.; three stepdaughters, Willma Glover of Landover, Md., Sandra Williams of Pikeville and Shirley Holloway of Goldsboro; his mother, Minnie Flowers of Goldsboro; four brothers, William Ray Flowers of Brooklyn, N.Y., Richard Flowers of Springfield, Mass., Wilbert Flowers of Baltimore, Md., and Donald Flowers of Goldsboro; one sister, Willette Smith of Danville, Va.; and three uncles, two aunts, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The viewing hours will be from 2 until 8 p.m. today at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries and the family will be there to receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m.
