SARA DERR SENZ
Sara Derr Senz, 90, formerly of Goldsboro, died Tuesday at Villa Crest Nursing Home in Manchester, New Hampshire.
A native of Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Grover Cleveland Derr and Mary Katherin Rhodes Derr and was the widow of Joseph Francis Senz Jr. Mrs. Senz had worked with Goldsboro High School as an administrative assistant.
Mrs. Senz is survived by one son, Joseph F. Senz III of Manchester, N.H.; one grandson, Bradford J. Senz of Derry, N.H.; one granddaughter, Kristen E. Senz of Manchester, N.H.; and one niece, Patricia Gallagher Beshaw of Wilmington.
The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, of which she was a member, with Dr. Billy Seate officiating. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:30 until 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
