RUTH H. EXUM
Funeral services for Ruth Hamilton Exum, 77, of 1420 Stoney Creek Church Road, will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Holly Street U.H. Church. Pastor Carolyn Mitchell will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hamilton Family Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, John Earl of Maury, Corzell of Chicago, Illinois and Robert Lee of Goldsboro; four daughters, Betty Cox of Raleigh, Mamie Stater of Rocky Mount, Lauretta Miller of Youngsville, and Katrina Artis of LaGrange; one brother, Deacon Reuben Hamilton of Best Grove Community; 18 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A viewing will be held Tuesday from 2 until 8 p.m. and the family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. and at other times, at 128 Woodside Circle.
The family is being served by McIntyre Funeral Home.
