BRUCE E. JERNIGAN
WILSON -- Bruce Earl Jernigan, 83, died Monday.
The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Joyner's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Stantonsburg Cemetery.
Mr. Jernigan was a former meat cutter at Food Lane Grocery Store.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Camden Jernigan; two daughters, Rebecca J. Mitchell of Walhalla, S.C,. and Margaret J. Hodges of Zebulon; a son, Bruce Alan Jernigan of Wilson; four sisters Nancy Sauls of Eureka, Myrtie Lee Tingen of Florence, S.C., and Bernice Bradshaw and Gladys Reeves of Wilson; a brother, Lonnie Jernigan Jr. of Stantonsburg; and one grandson.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Joyner's Funeral Home.
