RIDIE WILLIAMS
The funeral for Ridie Bell Williams will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Maranatha Seventh-Day Adventist Church. The Rev. Darly S. Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Willow Dale Cemetery.
Mrs. Williams is survived by two sons, Fredrick James Brown of Goldsboro and David Reese of Gatesville; four daughters, Francine A. Reese, Kattie Boykin, Janet Murchison (Edward) and Lovetrena Williams of Goldsboro; a brother, Lynn Williamson of the Grantham community; 16 grandchildren including Kowamonte and Laportae Williams, whom she reared as her own; and 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and a host cousins, other relatives and friends.
A daughter, Jessie Faye Williams, preceded her in death.
The viewing will be today from 2 until 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries and the family will be there to receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m.
