EDNA CURTIS
SMITHFIELD -- Edna Curtis, 59, of Britthaven Nursing Home, died Tuesday, Jan. 27, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
A native of Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Edna Harris.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Curtis; a daughter, Felydia Everette Richardson of Bermuda; three sons, Travis Curtis and David Curtis of New Bern and Joseph Curtis of Toledo, Ohio; a sister, Judy Soard of Princeton; three brothers, Hubert Harris of Goldsboro, William Harris of Washington, D.C., and Anthony Sanders of Raleigh; and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter's Church of Christ, under the direction of Michael Bailey Funeral Service of Selma.
