A Goldsboro man faces drug trafficking charges following a joint investigation conducted back in January by the Goldsboro/Wayne County Drug Squad, the Goldsboro Police Department's Selective Enforcement Unit, Housing Unit and A Shift Patrol division.
According to a press release issued Friday, 59-year-old Myles Holloway of 1216 Porter St. is charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana after he was found in possession of more than a pound of the illicit drug.
Officers located approximately 150 grams of marijuana in Holloway's residence during a search conducted Jan. 27. The marijuana has an estimated street value of $3,000, the release said.
Holloway is also charged with maintaining a dwelling for the sale or use of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Holloway was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,000 secured bond.
