More than 900 vote ahead of Tuesday election

More than 900 people have voted in advance of Tuesday's election, which will serve as the city of Goldsboro's general election and a secondary primary for a number of state races.
According to statistics from the Wayne County Board of Elections website, a total of 936 absentee ballots have been cast in Goldsboro's election.
The polls will be open countywide Tuesday from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
