PREP GIRLS' TENNIS: WCDS edges Ridgecroft

Wayne Country Day, unknowingly, collected two key doubles points and turned back Ridgecroft, 5-4, on the Wayne Community College courts Tuesday afternoon.
The Chargers' No. 2 tandem of Nancy Chen-Diya Shreenath won 8-6, while the No. 3 duo of Annalise Boros-Serena Danieli triumphed 8-4.
Langley Barnes, Boros and Danieli each earned a singles point to seal the outcome.
Wayne Country Day (4-2 overall) visits Cape Fear Academy today.
