PREP VOLLEYBALL: Saints' Bess records six blocks

KINSTON -- Senior Samiya Bess had a block party -- six to be exact -- during Southern Wayne's 25-17, 25-17, 25-23 victory over Kinston on Tuesday evening.
Bess added four kills for the Saints.
Kya Hunter collected eight kills, four digs and three aces. Morgan Kennedy contributed four kills and five aces. Alexus Elliott delivered six kills, three digs, five aces and three blocks.
Abbey Parker passed out 18 assists.
The Saints travel to South Central on Thursday.
