PREP BOYS' SOCCER: Sherman notches 2 goals, Warriors roll

Freshman Andrew Sherman logged a goal and an assist within the first five minutes, and Eastern Wayne handed Spring Creek a 5-1 loss in boys' soccer Wednesday afternoon.
Sherman notched his second goal -- and fifth of the season -- at the 66-minute mark off of an assist from Bryan Morales.
Lance Steiner headed in a throw-in from Josh Gross in the 16th minute.
The Gators pulled back one goal on a penalty kick before halftime.
Gross scored in the 46th minute to make it 4-1.
The Warriors (2-0-0 overall) entertain James Kenan today. Kickoff is 6 p.m.
