PREP GIRLS' TENNIS: WCDS falls to The O'Neal School

SOUTHERN PINES -- Wayne Country Day captured wins at Nos. 1 and 2 doubles, but The O'Neal School claimed a 7-2, non-conference win Thursday afternoon.
The Chargers' No. 1 tandem of Langley Barnes-Cady Stanley won 9-8 at the top slot. Teammates Grace O'Daniel-Diya Shreenath prevailed 8-4 at No. 2.
WCDS (1-1 overall) returns home today to face Epiphany.
