HENDERSON -- Lexi Jeffreys controlled matters in the paint from start to finish on Tuesday evening, scoring 29 points and grabbing 18 rebounds to propel Wayne Country Day past Crossroads Christian, 78-19.
Point guard Jala Holloman finished with 20 points for WCDS (10-3, 1-0), which next sees the floor on Friday versus Greenfield.
