GREENVILLE -- Josh Raynor of Southern Wayne logged a time of 19:16 on Wednesday, good enough for a ninth-place individual finish at the Saints' ECC meet.
Antonio Broadie, Ezekiel Harris and Ryan Norton also ran well, with each placing in the top-25.
Nicole Rodriguez paced the women's side of matters with a time of 25:23, helping the Lady Saints secure a fifth-place finish.
CBA's DeShawn Owens and Davis Carroll also perfomed well, placing third and sixth overall.

Spring Creek 4,
Goldsboro 1
Derek Hill scored the lone goal for Goldsboro, who fell to 3-9-2 overall with the loss.
Spring Creek's record now stands at 4-7-1.
D.H. Conley 1,
Southern Wayne 0
Southern Wayne fell to 3-7-2 on the season, with its next match on Oct. 3.
North Duplin 8,
Neuse Charter 5
CALYPSO -- Antonio Lopez, Gustavo Velasquez (two goals) and Mark Zambrano each scored goals in the first half on Wednesday, setting the tone for a manic, back-and-forth affair at Ten Mile Farm.
Wilber Velasquez also scored two goals for the Rebels, and was complemented by Edgar Holguin and Jesus Vega-Lopez.
Ovidio Rojas made seven saves for North Duplin, who is now 4-4-1 overall this season.

Princeton 3
The Lady Dubs got back on form Wednesday with a non-conference triumph over Princeton.
EW won two of three doubles matches, then cruised through singles play.
Bella Bowen (8-0), Amelia Dunmire (8-4), Ava Bowen (8-6) and Bess Gibson (8-0) paced the finale.
Cailee Vetrano (8-4) and Emily Shallington (8-5) won points for PHS in singles play.
Princeton 4,
Rosewood 2
Mackenzie Evans (6-0, 6-1) led the Lady Bulldogs to a victory over Carolina 1-A foe Rosewood on Tuesday.
Joining her in the winning effort were Emily Shallington (6-4, 6-4), Jasmine Rubio (6-3, 6-0) and Lauren Lawhon (6-4, 6-3).

Football
Grantham 24,
Dillard 0
Grantham improved to 3-0 on the season with a comprehensive victory over Dillard on Wednesday.
Jylon Council scored on rushing touchdowns of 34 and 44 yards, and was complemented by Terquavis Butler, who recorded touchdown runs of 35 and 40 yards.
He was joined in the conversion category by Terdarius Butler.
Defensively, Grantham was led by Miguel Rubio and Matthew Wade, who recorded four tackles for loss.
Terquavis Butler had five sacks on the afternoon.
Mount Olive 36,
Greenwood 6
Mount Olive posted a resounding victory over Greenwood on Wednesday, led by Ian McIntyre's two touchdowns.
Carlos Zamora also filed a rushing score, as did Josh McCullen. Zamora also burned Greenwood for a 40-yard touchdown reception.
Defensively, the Chargers were helmed by Wadshon Pierre Louis, who recovered a Greenwood fumble.
Now 2-1 on the season, Mount Olive entertains Eastern Wayne next week.
