PREP VOLLEYBALL: Faith Christian drops 4-set affair

Greenville Christian defeated Faith Christian 25-19, 17-25, 25-23, 26-24 in a N.C. Christian Schools Association 2-A District 4 affair on Friday evening.
"It was a very hardfought game," FCA assistant coach Jamie Conlon said. "Our girls played with a lot of heart. There were a lot of long volleys."
Riley McKenzie served four aces and picked up 10 digs on defense. Chloe Mills registered two aces, a career-high six blocks, two kills and 11 digs.
Reagan Baumgarner provided two aces and 10 digs. Jordan Lawhon contributed three aces, a team-leading nine kills and seven digs.
Floor general Emma Meador had two aces, one kill and 20 assists.
The Conquerors (1-1 overall, 1-1 District 4) entertain Wilmington Christian on Tuesday.
