GIRLS' SOCCER: Goldsboro shuts out North Lenoir

La GRANGE -- North Lenoir turned up the defensive pressure, but Goldsboro managed to squeak out a 2-0 victory on the Eastern Carolina 2-A Conference scene Wednesday evening.
Juanita Cortes-Torres and Shakia Doctor each scored a goal for the Cougars, who are now 12-1-3 overall this season.
Tziah Kelly handed out one assist.
Goldsboro returns to action April 25 at Kinston.
