GIRLS' SOCCER: Malloy tallies hat trick for Eastern Wayne

Claire Malloy registered a hat trick (three goals) and Eastern Wayne handed South Central a 4-0 loss in the Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A Conference opener for both teams Tuesday.
Madison Tallarida contributed one goal and one assist. Martha Alyea passed out two assists, while Yessi Guitierrez had one assist.
EW recorded six saves in goal.
The Warriors (5-0-0 overall, 1-0-0 overall) entertain New Bern on Thursday.
