SOCCER: Avalos' hat trick sparks Gators

Gustavo Avalos notched a hat trick (three goals) as Spring Creek dispatched Neuse Charter, 10-1, in a Carolina 1-A Conference game Tuesday afternoon.
Josh Beckerman and Hugo Zavala Gil each collected two goals. Alex Avila, Juan Hurtado Gomez and Alejandro Vega provided one goal apiece.
Assists were supplied by Beckerman, Avila, Milton Bautista, Gomez (two), Avalos and Gil.
