Charles B. Aycock's Bryce Jones carded a 3-over-par 75 and claimed medalist honors during a three-team Eastern Carolina 3-A/4-A meet played on the Lane Tree Golf Club links.
Jones birdied the 10th and 11th holes, which led to an even-par 36 on the back nine. The reigning Wayne County champion overcame three bogeys and one double bogey.
Ty Daniels (77), Blake Bartlett (78) and Mitchell Langston (78) rounded out the Golden Falcons' season-low, four-player total of 308. Jake Flowers and Nick Wise posted 18-hole scores of 79 and 80, respectively.
Eastern Wayne logged a team score of 352.
Individual results were not available for the Warriors and Southern Wayne.
All three teams return to action today in the Cookout Classic (Wayne County Championships) at Goldsboro Municipal Golf Course.
CBA is the reigning team champ.
