Eastern Wayne stays unbeaten on tennis circuit

Eastern Wayne remained unbeaten with a 9-0, non-conference triumph over Goldsboro on the John Allen Farfour courts at Herman Park on Monday afternoon.
Dylan March, Le Solomon, Ethan Quinn, Gray Sasser, Walker Davis and Nathan Fleming each emerged victorious in straight-set fashion in singles play. Davis did not lose a game at No. 5 singles.
March-Quinn, Soloman-Ian Burchett and Sasser-Davis completed the sweep in doubles play.
Eastern Wayne (5-0 overall) is the guest of Southern Wayne on Thursday afternoon.
