North Duplin doubles up Lejeune in non-conference play

CALYPSO -- Hunter Thurston delivered a three-hit performance and scored two runs during North Duplin's 12-6, non-conference conquest of Lejeune on Monday afternoon.
Dexter Morrisey added two hits for the Rebels. Chase King, Dylan Jones, Copeland Brickhouse (RBI), Dustin Carter and Ethan Brock had one hit.
Lejeune's pitching staff walked eight batters.
The Rebels (2-1 overall) take on 2-A South Lenoir today.
