Saints defeat Cougars in JV action

Southern Wayne 46, Goldsboro 28 -- Diondre Wright rushed for three touchdowns as the Saints erased a 20-point halftime deficit en route to their second win of the season. Josh Grady completed a touchdown pass to Will Newsome. Creshawn Ransom and Josh McCain each rushed for a touchdown. Taylen West also had a "pick six" for Southern Wayne.
