Burton, Sauls finish among top 3 on Lane Tree GC links

Rosewood senior Lindsey Burton finished second overall with a 5-over-par 41 during a four-team, non-conference meet contested at Lane Tree Golf Club on Thursday afternoon.
C.B. Aycock's Abby Sauls claimed third individually with a 44.
Smithfield-Selma, led by Parker Watson's medal round of 2-over 38, emerged as the low-scoring team with a 133. The Golden Falcons carded a 158 that included nine-hole rounds from Leah Campbell and Anna Williams.
Cleveland took third with a 167.
Shamayah Revis added a 54 for Rosewood.
