Chargers net non-conference win over Rocky Mount Academy

ROCKY MOUNT -- Wayne Country Day sealed the overall outcome with five singles points and handed Rocky Mount Academy a 6-3, non-conference loss Thursday afternoon.
Gianna Democko, Jennifer Potts, Ally Willman, Margaux Pope and Langley Barnes each picked up a straight-set win in singles. Potts did not lose a game at No. 2.
Potts-Willman claimed the Chargers' lone doubles point at No. 2.
Wayne Country Day improved to 2-0 overall.
