Sladick cranks out 9 kills as Eagles defeat Greenfield

WILSON -- Hannah Sladick pounded out nine kills as Wayne Christian handed Greenfield a 25-22, 25-17, 27-25 non-conference defeat Thursday afternoon.
Emily Wells dished out 21 assists and served six aces. Freshman Hope Shook supplied seven aces and four kills.
Injured during the Charger Cup, sophomore Holly Gurley returned to contribute six aces and two digs on defense.
Wayne Christian (6-4 overall) entertains Kerr-Vance Academy on Monday.
