North Duplin dominates Neuse Charter in baseball

Caleb Cashwell, Kaleb Brock and Cedrick Kornegay each had three hits as North Duplin demolished Carolina 1-A Conference foe Neuse Charter 31-1 on Tuesday.
The Rebels had 14 players drive in runs.
A 19-run second inning set the game on course to end after four and a half innings.
Dustin Carter got the win on the mound going two innings. Copeland Brickhouse and Ced Kornegay came on in relief to finish the job. The trio combined for eight strikeouts.
