Bruins score in each inning, defeat Cougars in baseball

Beddingfield scratched across runs in every inning on its way to a 17-4, five-inning win over Goldsboro on Tuesday.
Five Goldsboro players had one hit each. Michael Eltz and Jared Howard each drove in a run. Chandler Patrick, Ray'Quan Griffin, Maurice Stokes and Eltz all scored for the Cougars.
Stokes endured the loss on the mound.
Goldsboro (1-3 overall) plays host to Jones Senior today at 5 p.m.
