North Lenoir sweeps Graham in 2A volleyball playoffs

La GRANGE -- A trio of North Lenoir hitters combined for 25 kills in North Lenoir's 25-14, 25-21, 25-23 triumph over Graham in first-round play of the N.C. High School Athletic Association Class 2-A playofs.
Paige Sports led the Hawks' attack with nine kills. Laura Haerer and Mya Parks contributed eight kills apiece. Allyson Heath dished out 23 assists.
The Hawks scored 10 points with Madison Allison on serve.
North Lenior is the guest of Elizabeth City Northeastern on Tuesday.
