Spring Creek soccer doubles up Lakewood, 4-2

SALEMBURG -- Otto Binar tallied two goals and dished out an assist during Spring Creek's 4-2 win over Lakewood in Carolina 1-AConference play Thursday afternoon.
Gustavo Avalos and Gio Avila provided one goal apiece. David Ortiz-Alvarez had an assist.
The Gators face North Duplin on Monday.
